自上料攪拌車使用時(shí)需要注意什么？
【1】、攪拌車液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)液壓油的壓力、油量、油質(zhì)、油溫應(yīng)達(dá)到規(guī)定要求，無(wú)滲漏現(xiàn)象。

【2】、攪拌運(yùn)輸中，裝載混凝土量不能超過(guò)允許裝載質(zhì)量。

【3】、攪拌車露天停放時(shí)，裝料前應(yīng)先將攪拌筒反轉(zhuǎn)，讓筒內(nèi)的積水和雜物排出。裝料前，更好先向通內(nèi)加少量水，使進(jìn)料流暢，防止粘料。

【5】、攪拌車通過(guò)橋、洞、庫(kù)等設(shè)施時(shí)，應(yīng)注意通過(guò)高度及寬度，以免發(fā)生碰撞事故。特別需要注意的是現(xiàn)在的四軸罐車的長(zhǎng)度很長(zhǎng)，在通過(guò)橋洞高度接近極，長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)的車身是下圓弧路面上的一道弦，能通過(guò)的高度會(huì)降低。
【5】 When the mixer truck passes through bridges, holes, warehouses and other facilities, pay attention to the passing height and width to avoid collision accidents.
