1、備用的散熱器有效環(huán)境應(yīng)保持通風(fēng)、干燥。

2、建議使用軟硬水需軟化處理后使用，避免造成散熱器內(nèi)部堵塞及水垢的產(chǎn)生。

3、在冬季為防止結(jié)冰造成芯子破裂現(xiàn)象，如攪拌車長期停車或間接停車時，應(yīng)將水箱蓋和放水開關(guān)，將水全部放出。
3. In winter, in order to prevent core breakage caused by freezing, such as long-term or indirect shutdown of the mixer, the water tank cover and water drain switch should be set to discharge all water.
4、水位計應(yīng)每3個月清洗一次或視實際情況，各部件拆下用溫水加無腐蝕性洗滌劑清洗。

5、散熱器內(nèi)完全放水再注水時，要先將發(fā)動機(jī)缸體的放水開關(guān)扭開，有水流出時，再關(guān)上，從而避免產(chǎn)生水泡。
5. When the radiator is completely drained and then filled with water, the drain switch of the engine block should be turned on first, and then turned off when there is water flowing out, so as to avoid the generation of blisters.
6、在日常使用中應(yīng)隨時檢查水位，要停機(jī)降溫后加水。加水時，將水箱蓋慢慢打開，作業(yè)人員身體應(yīng)盡量遠(yuǎn)離加水口，以防高壓蒸汽油加水口噴出造成燙傷。

7、散熱器不應(yīng)與任何酸、堿或其它腐蝕性性質(zhì)接觸。

8、在使用防凍液，為了避免散熱器的腐蝕，請務(wù)必使用正規(guī)廠家生產(chǎn)且符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的長效防銹防凍液。
8. In the use of antifreeze, in order to avoid the corrosion of radiator, please be sure to use the long-term anti rust antifreeze produced by regular manufacturers and in line with national standards.
9、視實際情況用戶應(yīng)在1～3個月間對散熱器進(jìn)行完全清洗一次芯體。清洗時，用清水沿反進(jìn)風(fēng)向側(cè)沖洗。
9. According to the actual situation, the user should clean the radiator completely once every 1-3 months. When cleaning, wash with clean water along the side of the reverse wind direction.
10、在安裝散熱器過程中，請不要損壞散熱帶(片)和碰傷散熱器，以保證散熱能力和密封。
