一、自動上料攪拌車應停在平地上，并將鏟斗平放在地面上。當發動機熄火后，需反復多次扳動工作裝置操縱手柄，確保各液壓缸處于無壓休息狀態。如果自動上料攪拌車只能停在坡道上時，要將輪胎墊牢。

二、自上料攪拌車裝料前，應先排凈攪拌罐內殘存的積水和雜物。在運輸過程中要不停的轉動，以防混凝土離析。自上料攪拌車到達工地和卸料之前，應先使攪拌罐以每分鐘14—18轉的速度轉1—2分鐘，然后再進行反轉卸料。反轉之前，應使攪拌罐停穩不轉。
2、 Before loading from the charging mixer truck, the remaining water and sundries in the mixing tank shall be drained. Keep rotating during transportation to prevent concrete segregation. Before the loading mixer truck arrives at the construction site and discharges materials, the mixing tank shall be rotated for 1-2 minutes at the speed of 14-18 revolutions per minute, and then the reverse unloading shall be carried out. Before reversing, the mixing tank shall be stopped stably.
三、環境溫度如果高于25攝氏度，從裝料、運輸、到卸料的延續時間不得超過60分鐘；如果環境溫度低于25攝氏度，上述時間不得超過90分鐘。
3、 If the ambient temperature is higher than 25 ℃, the duration from loading, transportation to unloading shall not exceed 60 minutes; If the ambient temperature is below 25 ℃, the above time shall not exceed 90 minutes.
四、在施工現場卸料完畢后，應立即用自上料攪拌車隨車帶的軟管沖洗進料斗、出料斗、卸料溜槽等處，清除粘附在車身各處的污泥及混凝土。在返回攪拌站的途中，應向攪拌罐內注150L—200L的水來清洗攪拌罐壁及葉片粘結的混凝土殘渣。
4、 After unloading at the construction site, the hose attached to the truck from the loading mixer shall be used to flush the feed hopper, discharge hopper, discharge chute, etc., to remove the sludge and concrete adhering to the vehicle body.
