混凝土攪拌車滾筒清洗要注意什么？
1、混凝土攪拌車在施工現場卸料完畢后，應立即用拌和車隨帶的軟管沖刷進料斗、出料斗、卸料溜槽等處，鏟除粘附在車身遍地的污泥及混凝土。在回來拌和站的途中，應向拌和筒內注150---200L水以清洗筒壁及葉片粘結的混凝土殘渣。

3、鏟除混凝土攪拌車拌和筒內外積污及殘存的混凝土渣塊時，以及在機修人員進入筒內進行檢修和焊補作業時，需先關閉轎車發動機，使拌和筒完全停止滾動。在機修人員進入筒內作業期間，需要確保混凝土攪拌車拌筒內通風良好，空氣新鮮，無可然氣體及有害塵埃，氧氣供應充足。在筒內運用電動工具操作時，操作人員需要有良好的絕緣保護。

4、混凝土攪拌車作業時，不得將手伸入旋轉的拌和筒內，禁止將手伸入主卸料溜槽和加長卸料溜槽的銜接部位主動，主動上交拌和車在作業時應注意什么以免發生事故。
