一、氣缸內(nèi)徑磨損過甚，其圓度偏差為0.04-0.06毫米，圓柱度偏差為0.08-0.12毫米(一般以缸簡下半部與上半部測量比差)。對于多缸的發(fā)動機(jī)，圓度和圓柱度偏差以其中磨損較大的一個氣缸為依據(jù)。
1、 The inner diameter of the cylinder is worn too much, the roundness deviation is 0.04-0.06mm, and the cylindricity deviation is 0.08-0.12mm (generally, the ratio difference between the lower half and the upper half of the cylinder is measured). 四、曲軸磨損過多，曲軸各軸頸磨損后的圓度和圓柱度偏差超過使用限度，或失圓、錐度均按0.10毫米為限。五、發(fā)動機(jī)起動時或停車后，水溫在50^-60℃的情況下不能順利起動。
