中科攪拌機(jī)變速器油質(zhì)的檢測(cè)方式？
在設(shè)備實(shí)際操作運(yùn)行過程中，中科攪拌機(jī)的變速器是一個(gè)非常重要的部件。因此，我們?cè)谑褂眠^程中對(duì)其油質(zhì)需要有一定的檢測(cè)工作，那么我們具體應(yīng)該怎么進(jìn)行操作呢？
In the actual operation process of the equipment, the transmission of Zhongke mixer is a very important part. Therefore, we need to test the oil quality in the process of use, so how should we operate?
1、將中科攪拌機(jī)停放在水平地面上，并拉緊手制動(dòng)。
1. Park the Zhongke mixer on the horizontal ground and tighten the hand brake.
2、讓發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)分鐘。
2. Let the engine idle for a few minutes.
3、踩住制動(dòng)踏板，將操縱手柄撥至倒擋、前進(jìn)擋等位置，并在每個(gè)擋位上停留幾秒鐘，使液力變矩器和所有換擋執(zhí)行元件中都充滿液壓油。盡量將操縱手柄撥至停車擋位置。
3. Step on the brake pedal, turn the control handle to the reverse gear, forward gear and other positions, and stay in each gear for a few seconds, so that the hydraulic torque converter and all shift actuators are filled with hydraulic oil. Put the joystick in the park position as far as possible.
4、從加油管內(nèi)撥出自動(dòng)變速器油尺，將擦干凈的油尺全部插入加油管再拔出，檢查油尺上的油面高度。
4. Pull out the automatic transmission oil dipstick from the oil filling pipe, insert all the cleaned oil dipstick into the oil filling pipe, and then pull it out to check the oil level on the oil dipstick.
在對(duì)中科攪拌機(jī)變速器進(jìn)行檢查或故障診斷前，首先要對(duì)變速器油面和油質(zhì)進(jìn)行檢查。把選擋手柄放在P位，將發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在怠速時(shí)至少運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)分鐘，油液達(dá)到正常工作溫度，汽車必須停放在水平路面上，這樣才能確保在差速器和變速器之間的油面高度正常、穩(wěn)定。
Before the inspection or fault diagnosis of the transmission of Zhongke mixer, the oil level and quality of the transmission should be inspected first. Put the gear selection handle in position P, run the engine at idle speed for at least a few minutes, the oil reaches the normal working temperature, and the car must be parked on the horizontal road, so as to ensure the normal and stable oil level between the differential and the transmission.
