混凝土攪拌機電壓需要注意什么大家知道嗎？
(1)監控混凝土攪拌機電機的負載電流。電機故障時，定子電流急劇增大，電機過熱。裝有大功率混合器的電機應裝有電流表，以監測電機的負載電流。電機的負載電流不得超過銘牌上規定的額定電流。

(2)監控電源電壓頻率變化和電壓不平衡，電源電壓和頻率過高或過低，由三相電壓不平衡引起的電流不平衡可能導致電機過熱或其他異常現象。

(3)纏繞混凝土攪拌機的轉子電機應在夜間檢查電刷與滑環的接觸及電刷室的損壞情況，防止產生火花。若火花嚴重，應及時清理滑環表面，糾正電刷彈簧壓力。
(3) The rotor motor winding the concrete mixer shall check the contact between the brush and the slip ring and the damage of the brush chamber at night to prevent sparks. If the spark is serious, clean the slip ring surface in time and correct the brush spring pressure.
(4)定期檢查軸承的潤滑情況。定期更換潤滑油時，應先用煤油清洗軸承和軸承蓋，再用汽油清洗。滾動軸承潤滑脂不得超過軸承室容積的70%。
(4) Check the lubrication of bearings regularly. When changing lubricating oil regularly, clean the bearing and bearing cover with kerosene first, and then clean with gasoline. The lubricating grease of rolling bearing shall not exceed 70% of the volume of bearing chamber.
(5)注意保持電機清潔。混凝土攪拌電機內不得有水、油脂或雜物。混合器電動機的進出口必須保持暢通。
(5) Keep the motor clean. There shall be no water, grease or sundries in the concrete mixing motor. The inlet and outlet of mixer motor must be kept smooth.
(6)注意電動機的氣味、振動和噪聲，如有焦味或運轉中出現異常振動或磨擦、超大型嗡嗡聲等噪聲，應立即切斷電源進行檢查。
(6) Pay attention to the smell, vibration and noise of the motor. If there is burning smell or abnormal vibration or friction, super large buzzing and other noises during operation, cut off the power supply immediately for inspection.
