自動上料攪拌車的控制技術要求特點
1.各筒體，控制閥，電機按混凝土攪拌過程的要求運行，各筒體，控制閥，電機的控制必須準確，穩定，可靠。自上料混凝土攪拌車廠家它可裝運由攪拌廠（站）生產的混凝土或按配比混合的骨料（砂、石子）、水泥和水，在運輸過程中，不斷對濕料慢慢攪拌，防止混凝土在運輸過程中初凝和離析。

一個工作周期內攪拌車主機系統至少應清洗1次。每天可以生產活動結束后，則應對攪拌車主機信息進行比較全面的清洗，方法是：在清洗服務過程中，將水及少許石子放進攪拌主機內通過攪拌5～10min，清洗后將機內物料管理全部有效清除，不得有積水、積料;停機后再沖洗以及管道，清除攪拌罐內外環境灰塵和粘附的混凝土。

一般這種情況下，JS1000型攪拌設備主機之間加水約150～180kg左右，其他產品型號選擇主機可據此分析增減，也可自備高壓水槍或者進行數據清理。

在沖洗攪拌主機料門時，應避免上部沖洗下的積料形成異物卡滯料門現象。攪拌過程中，若混凝土運輸車較長時間沒有到位(超過20～30min，尤其在夏季)，應加水對攪拌機進行簡易清洗。
