購買攪拌車之后一定先做這些事情！
1、新車開始使用時，須進行全面檢查和試車，正常時，方可正式使用。

2、輸送混凝土的容量，質量及塌落度應符合規定。

3、攪拌車在露天場地停放時，裝料前應先將攪拌筒反轉，把筒內的積水（或雨水）和雜物卸出，以保證運送混凝土的質量。

4、在出料斗、卸料溜槽旁工作時，要配帶防護用品。不要接近料斗及攪拌口,也不要向內窺看,更不得用手去摸旋轉的攪拌筒。

5、在公路上行駛時，加長溜槽須翻轉放置在卸料溜槽上用掛鉤掛牢，再轉至與車身垂直部位，用鎖緊裝置把卸料溜槽和加長溜槽鎖緊在機架上，防止由于不固定而搖動，造成傷人事故和影響其它車輛運行。
5. When driving on the highway, the extended chute shall be turned over and placed on the unloading chute, hung firmly with a hook, and then turned to the position perpendicular to the vehicle body. The unloading chute and the extended chute shall be locked on the frame with a locking device to prevent shaking due to instability, causing personal injury accidents and affecting the operation of other vehicles.
6、車穿越橋、洞、庫等設施時，須注意通過高度的尺寸及路面承受重量以免損壞攪拌車。

7、工作裝置連續運轉時間不應超過8h。

8、交貨時，如發現水分蒸發，塌落度偏低不能滿足用戶要求時，可適當向筒內加水，然后以12—14r/min的速度旋轉30轉后卸料。

9、攪拌車在空載運行及運送混凝土過程中，攪拌筒不得停止轉動以免滾道、滾輪局部碰損或混凝土產生離析現象。

10、水箱的水量要經常加滿，以備急用。

11、水箱加水前，須打開放氣閥把箱內空氣放掉，充氣供水后須及時關閉貯氣筒。

注意：水箱僅在供水時加壓,不要帶著加壓水箱在公路上行駛
