1、班前應(yīng)檢查稱量裝置是否處于正常工作狀態(tài)，如有卡阻等影響稱量精度的現(xiàn)象應(yīng)及時(shí)排除。

2、檢查電氣部分的接線是否正確牢固，電氣箱外殼是否牢靠接地。

3、在運(yùn)行中檢查各運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)部分是否運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常、輸送皮帶有無跑偏、皮帶與從動(dòng)輥之間有無異物掉入、如有異常情況停機(jī)排除。

4、各活動(dòng)部位應(yīng)加注黃油，皮帶輥每年拆下加油一次。
