　　1、卸料前讓攪拌罐全速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)一兩分鐘。讓混凝土充分?jǐn)嚢瑁匾獣r(shí)可以加一些水，讓混凝土攪拌得更均勻，也方便卸料。

　　1. Let the mixing tank run at full speed for one or two minutes before discharging. The concrete can be fully mixed, and some water can be added if necessary to make the concrete more uniform and convenient for unloading.

　　2、放料前先把出料斗溜槽打濕。放料時(shí)把車盡量停在平地上放料前先把出料斗溜槽打濕，方便清洗。

　　3、卸料不要大意和放料工打好關(guān)系。放料時(shí)盡量自己看著，免得放料工亂操作放料操作桿，每次罐子正反轉(zhuǎn)中間位子時(shí)要停一下，保護(hù)減速機(jī)，托輪等。與放料工打好關(guān)系，卸料時(shí)也不要睡的太熟，萬一工人鬧情緒，把你車子放到工地不轉(zhuǎn)罐子，造成悶罐就麻煩了。

　　7、每天工作結(jié)束后，司機(jī)應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)向攪拌筒內(nèi)注入清水并高速（14—18轉(zhuǎn)/分）旋轉(zhuǎn)5—10分鐘，然后將水排去，以保證筒內(nèi)清潔。用高壓水清洗攪拌筒各個(gè)部分時(shí)，應(yīng)注意避開儀表及操縱桿等部位。壓力水噴嘴與車身油漆表面間的距離不得小于40厘米。

　　7. At the end of each day's work, the driver should inject fresh water into the mixing drum and rotate it at high speed (14-18 RPM) for 5-10 minutes, and then drain the water to ensure the cleanness of the drum.
